Communication protocol with suppliers

Llanogas S.A. E.S.P. BIC considers its suppliers to be a fundamental pillar in the development of its mission and the achievement of the proposed objectives, which is why, as an expression of the corporate culture, it presents the "Communication Protocol with Suppliers" in order to intertwine and strengthen business relationships within the same language, based on trust and grounded in legal, ethical, environmental and social aspects.


Code of conduct, rights and duties


Llanogas S.A. E.S.P. BIC exalts its commitment to ethical and moral standards of conduct, which it transmits to its suppliers, expecting reciprocity, acting with integrity and legality.

Typing and classification

Typing

The suppliers of Llanogas S.A. E.S.P. BIC, are typified according to the supply of their goods and/or services as follows:


  • Type A Providers: Suppliers that supply products and/or services of external origin.
  • Type B Providers: Suppliers that supply products and/or services of external origin and that in turn act on behalf of the Companies before the client.
  • Type C Providers: PSuppliers who supply products and/or services of external origin, who act on behalf of the Companies before clients, and who in turn are part of the internal processes.

Classification

The suppliers of Llanogas S.A. E.S.P. BIC, are classified according to the supply of their goods and/or services as follows:

  • Critical Suppliers:Suppliers that supply products and/or services whose financial and procurement impact is high.
  • Special Providers:Suppliers that supply products and/or services of external origin and that in turn act on behalf of the Companies before the client.
  • Lever Suppliers:Suppliers that supply products and/or services whose financial impact is high and supply low.
  • Providers Support:Suppliers that supply products and/or services whose financial impact is high and supply low.

Requirement in SST and Environmental


One of the objectives of HSE management is to ensure that its suppliers and/or contractors carry out their contractual activities with the same or higher standards than those of Llanogas S.A. E.S.P. BIC, ensuring the protection of people, healthy, safe and clean work environments, the protection of natural resources, the prevention of pollution and the promotion of good practices and operations.

Llanogas S.A. E.S.P. BIC invites its suppliers, contractors and workers or subcontractors to implement good practices from the HSE area, in this sense it provides some recommendations and minimum requirements for them to apply in the development of the services provided to Llanogas S.A. E.S.P. BIC, which you can learn more about in our Supplier Communications Protocol Procedure.

Product homologation


The homologation of products is the process by which Llanogas S.A. E.S.P. BIC ensures that the critical products purchased meet the highest quality standards and for which the following documentation is required:

  • Technical Sheet / Product Specifications.
  • Product instruction manual.
  • Tests carried out on the product.
  • Certificate of useful life of the product.
  • Elements / Components of the product.

The supplier interested in the homologation of the product will formally make the request to the Supplier Management sub-process, email [email protected], through which the clarifications and request for the required information will be made. Once the homologation is finished, the results obtained are socialized to the Supplier, as the case may be. In the same way, the homologation report will be sent via email for prior knowledge, and through this means the recommendations of the case will be presented.

Communications Management


The only process authorized for formal communication to suppliers is the Resource Management Process, which is made up of the Purchasing Management, Supplier Management and Inventory Management sub-processes.

All communications are sent via certified mail and/or via email from the domain @grupodellano.com and personal emails or emails from a domain other than the one specified here will not be used for any reason; therefore the Llanogas S.A. E.S.P. BIC will not be responsible for information requested on supplies, quantities and/or specifications, as well as for purchase orders issued without the legal requirements and/or without the approval of the persons authorized for said purposes.
